Landen Miller
Ambassador | North SLO County
Landen began working with FCA in September of 2024. Born and raised on the Central Coast, he played many sports in high school. Landen had the opportunity to play college football at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. He was there for a year when he was called back to the Central Coast and to ministry. He is attending Masters University online and getting his bachelor's degree in biblical studies. He is also an Assistant Coach for Templeton football. Landen is most passionate about discipling young men just as he was discipled by his football coach.
One of his favorite verses is Revelation 1:17-18: "Don’t be afraid. I am the First and the Last, and the Living One. I was dead, but look-I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades.”

Chris Sapey
Prospective Area Rep | North SB County
Chris was born and raised in England before moving to Santa Maria in 2022 to pursue his dream of playing football. Along the way, he faced and overcame many obstacles that shaped his faith and character. During his time at Allan Hancock College, Chris competed in both football and track while also leading his campus FCA Huddle.
Although Chris was raised in a Christian household, he didn’t fully surrender his life to Christ until he was 18 years old. Since then, his life has been radically changed, and his desire to know and follow Jesus continues to grow.
Chris graduated in 2025 with an Associate of Arts degree in Recreation Management. During his time in America, he has been involved in several ministries, including First Christian Church High School and First Christian Church Young Adults, which have deeply impacted his walk with Christ. His love for Jesus and passion for sports ultimately led him to FCA. His favorite part of FCA is seeing students grow in their faith, playing games together, and of course — the pizza.
Chris recently married his wife, Dani, and they have a dog named Daisy. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, trying new food spots with his wife and friends, golfing, and fishing.
