There are numerous ways for you to help volunteer and serve through the ministry of FCA here on the Central Coast.
Our Leadership Board meets quarterly to pray, plan, and prepare for the various ministry initiatives taking place throughout our area. The boards primary role is to provide encouragement and counsel to our staff and help with accountability and development with the funding and oversight of the ministry.
At each school we work to form Parent Ministry Teams that consists of local parents, coaches, teachers, youth pastors, college athletes, and churches that will adopt the local huddles and help provide the needed prayer, food, guest speakers, and resources to help the FCA huddle thrive on campus. We have found that the more volunteer and community support the huddle has the more evangelistic it will be and the more effective it is in reaching the campus and sports teams for Christ.
